Job Full Description
We are seeking a skilled Videographer/Photographer to join the team of our exclusive client, an award-winning boutique luxury real estate brokerage situated in Ottawa's desirable Central East End. The successful candidate will capture high-quality photos and videos for their clients, edit videos and Instagram reels, and post content to social media platforms as well as their website.

Required skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in videography, video editing, and photography
- A professional portfolio showcasing your expertise in videography and photography
- Your own camera, gear and drone are required, allowing you to capture high-quality content
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and content creation best practices
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for travel to client locations within the Greater Ottawa area
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality output
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional demeanor when interacting with clients
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines, with a flexible approach to changing priorities
- A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support and work with colleagues
Duties may include but are limited to:
- Take professional photos and videos at client locations (homes) within the Greater Ottawa Valley area
- Edit videos and Instagram Reels to a high standard
- Post content to social media platforms – mostly Instagram (note: this role does not involve managing social media accounts)
- Travel to client locations as required (reliable transportation necessary)
- Work collaboratively with clients to understand their vision and preferences
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in videography, photography, and social media content creation
Work Schedule:
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday – 10:00am to 6:00pm
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to capture "dusk" shots during sunset hours, which vary depending on the seasons. Time off during core hours will be provided as a result (flexibility)
