We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technician to join our client's team in the West End, specializing in fire alarm and life safety systems.

Required skills and qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as an Installer, Technician, or related position
- Experience in Fire/Security/Telecommunications is a plus
- A consistent and reliable work history
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with hand tools and strong mechanical aptitude
A diploma or certification in Electronic/Electrical Engineering Technician/Technologist or Alarm Technician is an asset
- A valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving abstract
- Availability for rotating shifts and on-call duties
Duties may include but are limited to:
- Install, service, and inspect fire alarms and related life safety equipment, including: Breakers and fuses, Fire system panels, Firehoses and connections
- Conduct scheduled inspections and maintenance tasks (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually)
- Interact with customers at client sites, providing excellent service and support
- Perform diagnostic checks to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Utilize various tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain accurate records, including: Work orders and Test and maintenance reports
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure excellent customer service
Monday – Friday – 7:30am – 4:30pm – May have to work outside regular business hours
Wage: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience
