Job Full Description
We're seeking a dynamic and versatile Driver / Operations Associate to support our delivery and technical teams. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our location.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Perform basic machine repairs and technical cleaning at key accounts
- Conduct stock takes and replenish products at key accounts
- Deliver products to customers
- Assist with warehouse duties, including receiving, unloading, picking, and loading
- Provide backup support for delivery, warehouse, and service departments during vacations and absences
- Perform various tasks, such as housekeeping, packing, and equipment setup
- Provide assistance to the operations team as needed
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Good customer service skills: ability to provide excellent service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Basic troubleshooting skills: ability to identify and resolve simple technical issues
- Tool experience: familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment
Competencies:
- Bilingualism (depending on province)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting (up to 50lbs)
This position starts at $22.00 per hour.
Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
