Are you a driven and organized leader looking for a new challenge? Our East End client is seeking a reliable and results-focused Warehouse Supervisor to join their dynamic team and contribute to their ongoing success.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, oversee daily operations including inventory management and shipping/receiving, implement process improvements, ensure a safe and organized work environment, and collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and French (bilingualism mandatory)
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field
- A track record of demonstrated leadership, ownership, and trustworthy qualities in a warehouse setting
- Strong critical thinking skills to drive process improvements
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting
- A reliable and dependable work ethic
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and perform basic tasks as needed
- Health and Safety experience is a highly valued asset
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with supervising, leading, and mentoring a team of 6 employees to achieve warehouse goals and objectives
- Maintaining accurate inventory and performing cycle counts
- Managing high-demand items and inspecting goods
- Implementing quality checks and ensuring procedures are followed
- Supervising a team and performing repairs/maintenance as needed
- Building/assembling displays, modifying racking/shelving, and managing forklift maintenance
- Ensuring employee Health and Safety training is up to date
- Providing monthly reporting on warehouse operations metrics

The wage for this position starts at $24.00 per hour.
Regular hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
