Job Full Description
We're seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Parts Coordinator to join our client's esteemed team in the East End. As a key player in their full-time team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and grow with a reputable company that's passionate about delivering exceptional HVAC services. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Manage parts ordering from preferred vendors, ensuring timely and urgent fulfillment, and confirm orders as needed
- Receive, inspect, tag, and distribute parts promptly upon arrival
- Conduct quality control checks to identify any damage or inaccuracies
- Stock parts bins and maintain organization
- Handle returns and re-orders for incorrect or damaged parts
- Track and follow up on outstanding orders, back orders, and credits to ensure resolution
- Process warranty returns for refunds
- Maintain accurate internal store and vehicle inventory levels
- Perform additional related tasks assigned to support efficient customer service and operational excellence
Required skills and qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field (e.g., Parts Coordinator, Service Technician, Inventory Control)
- HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
- Effective communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with Maestro and/or Salesforce is highly desirable

Compensation and Schedule:
- Competitive hourly rate: $24.04 - $26.44 per hour (annual salary: $50,000 - $55,000)
- Regular schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
