Job Full Description
Our client, an established property management firm, is looking for an Accounting/Administrative Assistant to join their team in Toronto!

Responsibilities:
- Maintain database
- Accurate data entry into Quickbooks and MS Excel
- Update and maintain filing system
- Reception support (managing phone calls, couriers and customer inquiries)
- Provide support to the Accounting Department
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1-year of Administrative experience
- Minimum 1-year Customer Service experience
- Minimum 1-year experience working with Quickbooks
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
- Must have own vehicle and drive
- Must be punctual, reliable, and a proactive worker
- Must have strong organizational skills, able to meet deadlines
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience working with Studio (design software, considered an asset)
Compensation and Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Pay Rate: $21-24 per hour (based on experience)
