Job Full Description

Our client, an established property management firm, is looking for an Accounting/Administrative Assistant to join their team in Toronto!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain database
  • Accurate data entry into Quickbooks and MS Excel
  • Update and maintain filing system
  • Reception support (managing phone calls, couriers and customer inquiries)
  • Provide support to the Accounting Department
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1-year of Administrative experience
  • Minimum 1-year Customer Service experience
  • Minimum 1-year experience working with Quickbooks
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Must have own vehicle and drive
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and a proactive worker
  • Must have strong organizational skills, able to meet deadlines
  • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Studio (design software, considered an asset)

Compensation and Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $21-24 per hour (based on experience)
