Our Ajax client, an established tire and auto service retailer within Canada, is looking for an experienced 310S Automotive Technician to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and performance issues on fleet and diesel-powered vehicles
- Perform maintenance and repairs on fuel injection systems, brake systems, electronic engine controls, and engine components
- Use diagnostic tools and procedures to identify issues and ensure proper repairs
- Complete alignments, oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication, and tire rotations and repairs
- Document and maintain records of all inspections and repairs
- Conduct scheduled maintenance services to optimize vehicle performance and longevity
- Work efficiently and independently while maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Stay up to date with current technology and industry best practices
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid 310S License
- Minimum of 2 years of Automotive Service Technician experience
- Must have own tools
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and repair manuals
- Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good time management skills, self-motivated and self-directed

- Team player that can work under minimal supervision
Compensation and Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm (overtime as needed)
- Pay Rate: $35 per hour based on experience
