Job Full Description
Currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a Tile Manufacturing company in Concord, ON.
Duties:
- Maintains database
- Prepare, compile, and sort information
- Review data for any deficiencies
- Process customer and account documents
- Resolve deficiencies by using standard procedures
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Verify and enter customer/account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data
- Eliminate duplicated data
- Test customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data
- Secure information
- Complete database backups
- Maintain customer confidence, keeping information confidential
- Contribute to team effort, helping in areas where needed
- Answer calls and direct calls when needed
- Other duties required by supervisor
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of data entry experience
- Must have experience using Microsoft Suites, especially Excel
- Warehouse and logistic is an asset
- Must be friendly, outgoing
- Must able to multi-task and answer phone lines
- Organizational, quick typing, attention to detail, computer savvy, and thorough
Why Apply?
