Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and live chat support. The customer service representative will also be responsible for managing customer orders, resolving customer issues, and providing product information to customers.
Responsibilities:
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Assisting customers with product information and purchasing decisions
Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Managing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Maintaining customer accounts and records
Assist with the warehouse for Shipping products
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
This is a direct hire role starting at $57,000
