Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and reliable individual for an entry-level clerical support position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing phone coverage and assisting with basic administrative tasks in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
  • Responding to emails and assisting with basic client inquiries.
  • Transferring calls to the appropriate lawyer or staff member.
  • Verifying and collecting client identification information.
  • Assisting with other clerical tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and managing office correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
