Job Title: Hand Soldering and Inspection Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Hand Soldering and Inspection Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent soldering skills, a strong understanding of electronic components, and the ability to work with small parts under a microscope. This role requires a focus on precision, clean workmanship, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Soldering wires, cables, and electronic components, including fine-pitch thru-hole and surface-mount components.
  • Reworking and inspecting small components and wires under a microscope.
  • Testing cables and electronic products to ensure functionality and compliance with quality standards.
  • Assembling products using electric and pneumatic tools, jigs, and other equipment.
  • Inspecting finished products for defects and damages before moving to the next station in the production process.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Performing quality control checks to ensure that all products meet industry standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Providing support to team members and collaborating to meet production goals.
  • Staying up to date with company processes, tools, and best practices to improve overall quality.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Soldering Expertise: Proficient in hand soldering small components with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Components: Familiarity with a wide range of electronic components, including thru-hole and surface-mount.
  • Microscope Skills: Ability to perform soldering and rework tasks under a microscope.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to focus on minute details during assembly and inspection.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Punctual and Reliable: Strong work ethic and commitment to being on time for shifts.

Basic Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience in soldering or micro-assembly work.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to sit for long periods during work.

Work Hours:

  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Pay:

  • $19.00 per hour
