Job Full Description
We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. As the key liaison between customers and the service department, you will play an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction by advising on vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some dealerships may require a college degree or technical certification)
- Previous experience in customer service, automotive repair, or as a service advisor is preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, either in person or via phone
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues
- Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance based on vehicle needs
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of vehicle repairs and services
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and other team members to ensure smooth operations
Wage: $23.00 - $25.00/Hour Based on Experience
