Job Full Description
We are currently recruiting Railcar Loaders. Key responsibilities will include cleaning rail cars, working with hand and power tools, vessel entry, and confined space work.
Qualifications:
- Experience in transloading, rail operations, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to lift to 50lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Comfortable with standing, bending, and climbing ladders for extended periods
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be mechanically inclined
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload railcars following company and industry-standard procedures
- Transfer materials using pumps, hoses, conveyors, or other transloading equipment
- Operate and maintain transloading equipment, including forklifts, pumps, and valves
- Ensure company regulatory, safety, environmental, security and health procedures/policies are adhered to
- Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on tools and machinery
- Adhere to Plant protocols
- Ensure adequate handover and communication of critical operational information at shift change to the relief loader
Wage: $21.00 - $24.00/Hour
