Job Full Description
We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating machining equipment and working with various materials in a precision-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate manual lathes, milling machines, and drill presses to fabricate and modify metal components
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete machining tasks
- Work with stainless steel, carbon steel, and exotic materials to meet project specifications
- Ensure precision and accuracy with strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
- Stand for extended periods and occasionally lift to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- 1 – 5 years of experience in a machining role
- High school diploma required; some college, vocational, or technical training preferred
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with precision
Wage: $19.00 - $22.00/Hour
