Job Full Description
Our client, a well-established firm in Sarnia, ON, is seeking an experienced Law Clerk to join their team. This role offers a long-term opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in corporate law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Assist with corporate filings, incorporations, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct legal research and maintain accurate records
- Manage client correspondence and support lawyers with case preparation
- Ensure deadlines are met for legal and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Law Clerk
- Strong background in corporate law is a plus
- Proficiency in legal software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Wage: $25.00 - $30.00+/Hour
