Invoice Administrator
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a few Administrative positions within the Niagara Region, including an Invoice Administrator, Customer Service Representative, Office Administrator. There is a mix of contract and full-time roles available. We are seeking an individual who pays fine attention to detail, who can thrive while working with a small team and enjoys bookkeeping finance.

Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping, record keeping, reports.
- Accounts Payables, invoice postings and reconciling payments with vendors
- Data Entry, Payroll, must be familiar with Bank Statements, and Financial Statements
- Responsible for report generation, coordination between departments, following up with customers and vendors
- Compiling data entry for the Controller
- Utilizing SAGE Simply Accounting Software.
Skills for Success
- 3 years minimum of office administration or finance work experience
- Ability to work well with a small team and take directions well
- Strong communication skills
- Great attention to details
- Numeric Accuracy
- Ability to get along with others
Schedule And Wages
- Day shifts (Monday to Friday)
- $18.50 - $22.00/hr depending on experience
