About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support HR operations, manage employee inquiries, maintain records, and assist with onboarding/offboarding. This hybrid role offers a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with full-time hire leading to a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) & RRSP benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries via HR mailboxes and service desk systems.
  • Maintain and update electronic employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform HRIS updates, track employment eligibility (I-9s), and conduct data audits.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
  • Generate HR reports and analyze data for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with HR documentation, compliance notices, and administrative tasks.

What You Bring:

? Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
? Experience: 1+ year in HR operations (onboarding, HRIS, reporting).
? Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
? Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, and HR systems.
? Knowledge: Basic understanding of employment laws and compliance.
? Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
