Job Full Description
Our client is looking to hire a Part-time Administrative Assistant.
Requirements & responsibilities of a Part-time Administrative Assistant:
· Directing phone calls, responding to inquiries, and scheduling client meetings
· Perform general clerical work for 2 financial advisors
· Create and maintain recordkeeping systems, schedule appointments, take messages for advisors, and facilitate communications with clients
· Knowledge of Financial Services is an asset.
Skills:
· Greeting visitors and answering phones
· Adjusting advisor’s schedules and updating the master calendar
· Filing forms and documents
· Proficient use of Microsoft 365 (outlook, excel, CRM, word)
· Written and verbal communication
· Organization skills

Hours & Compensation for Administrative Assistant:
· $20-$22/hour
· part-time hours, flexible with the days wanting to work (20-30 hrs) will be 40 hours while covering vacation time
